Audi A4 2.0 TFSI Stage 2 Tuning – 252HP to 304HP by AsFerrari Motorsport

At AsFerrari Motorsport, we recently welcomed an Audi A4 2.0 TFSI equipped with 252 horsepower in factory condition. The goal: extract more performance, improve throttle response, and achieve better drivability while keeping reliability intact.

🔧 Stage 2 Tuning Process

We performed a complete Stage 2 ECU remap developed in-house on our 4WD dyno. This included:

• ✔️ Optimized ignition and fuel maps
• ✔️ Increased turbo boost control
• ✔️ Rev limiter and speed limiter calibration
• ✔️ Lambda and exhaust gas temp optimization
• ✔️ Intake & exhaust fine tuning (Stage 2 hardware ready)

📊 Dyno Results

The final dyno pull showed an impressive increase from 252HP / 370Nm stock to 304HP / 450Nm post-tuning. Power delivery is now much smoother and more responsive across the full rev range.
