3. Orders and Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency specified at the time of purchase.
Orders are confirmed after successful payment or written acceptance by ASF Motorsport.
We may accept payment through bank transfer, credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other available payment providers.
Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, or transaction fees will be disclosed before payment confirmation.
ASF Motorsport reserves the right to decline orders where necessary for legal, technical, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
4. ECU/TCU File Services
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, ECU identification, software versions, and original files.
Submitted files must be obtained lawfully, and customers must have the necessary authorization to request modifications.
Customers should maintain a secure backup of their original software before any authorized service.
Technical compatibility and results may vary depending on ECU/TCU hardware, software versions, vehicle condition, and other factors.
Where a delivered file has a verified technical issue attributable to our service, customers may contact support for review and appropriate correction or other remedy.
5. Vehicle Performance and Technical Results
Any published horsepower, torque, or performance figures are illustrative or relate to specific measured vehicles.
Actual results may vary depending on:
- Vehicle condition and maintenance.
- Engine and transmission configuration.
- Fuel quality.
- Installed hardware.
- Environmental and testing conditions.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, specific performance gains are not guaranteed.
6. Legal Compliance and Vehicle Modifications
Customers must comply with all applicable road safety, environmental, emissions, insurance, and vehicle approval requirements.
Certain vehicle modifications may be restricted or prohibited for public-road use in some jurisdictions.

7. Tuning Tools and Equipment

Any manufacturer warranties or software licensing conditions continue to apply.
8. ASF Motorsport Academy and Training
Training registrations are subject to availability and payment confirmation.
Training schedules, instructors, course content, and participation conditions are communicated before booking.
ASF Motorsport may make reasonable changes to training arrangements when necessary and will inform registered participants of material changes.
Training participation does not automatically grant third-party manufacturer certification unless expressly stated.
Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the terms disclosed during registration and applicable law.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
For digital services, the start of performance or delivery may affect cancellation rights, but only where permitted by law and where any required customer consent or acknowledgment has been obtained.
Customers experiencing technical problems should contact support with their order information and a description of the issue.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory statutory consumer rights.
