Porsche Panamera 4S 2.9 Twin-Turbo Stage 2 on the dyno: 540 HP
A Porsche Panamera 4S with the 2.9 twin-turbo V6 came to us for Stage 2. First we measured it stock on our 4x4 dyno, then we wrote and tested the map. In the end it made 540 HP, a full 200 HP more than stock.

Both runs were done on the same 4x4 dyno in our workshop in Danilovgrad. Power went up by about 59%.
What we did
- Stock baseline run. Before any changes the car was measured on the dyno, so we know exactly where we start.
- Stage 2 calibration. The map was written for this car, not an off-the-shelf file. Boost, ignition and fuelling were tuned together.
- Verified on a 4x4 dyno. The Panamera 4S is all-wheel drive, so it was measured on a dyno that drives both axles. Every change was checked with a run.
Why a custom map
- An off-the-shelf file doesn't know which parts you have. A custom map is made for your car.
- On the dyno you see the whole power curve, not just the peak number.
- If something isn't right, you see it on the dyno, not on the road.
- You get before and after measurements, so you know exactly what you got.
