Mini Countryman 2.0D Stage 2 dyno: 205 HP
Mini Countryman 2.0D Stage 2 on the dyno: 205 HP and 430 Nm
A Mini Countryman (R60) with the 2.0 diesel engine came to us for Stage 2. We measured it on our dyno in Danilovgrad, wrote a map for this car and tested it on the dyno. The result: 205 HP and 430 Nm, 69 HP and 116 Nm more than before.

Both runs were made on the same dyno in our workshop in Danilovgrad. That is about 51% more power and 37% more torque, with the engine running within safe limits.
What we did
- Baseline measurement. The car was measured on the dyno first, so we know exactly where we start.
- Stage 2 map written for this car. Not a ready-made file. Boost, injection quantity and timing and smoke limits were tuned together, with the parameters checked on every run.
- Dyno verification. The new map was checked over several runs, so power and torque build smoothly, with no dips in the curve.
Why on the dyno
- All our files are developed and tested on our dynos: 4x4 dyno, 2WD hub dyno and bike dyno.
- On the dyno you see the whole power and torque curve, not just the peak number.
- If something isn't right, you see it on the dyno, not on the road.
- You get before and after measurements, so you know exactly what you got.
