Audi A6 C7 Avant 3.0 TFSI Stage 2 on the dyno: 453 HP
An Audi A6 C7 Avant with the 3.0 TFSI engine came to us for Stage 2. First we measured it stock on the dyno, then we fitted the parts and wrote the map. In the end it made 453 HP and 547 Nm.

Both runs were done on the same dyno in our workshop in Danilovgrad. Power went up by about 42%, and torque by about 23%.
What we did
- Spark plugs and ignition coils. More power needs a stronger, more stable spark so the ignition doesn't misfire at high revs.
- Performance air filter. The engine breathes in more easily.
- Full exhaust system with valve. Less exhaust restriction, and the valve lets you choose between quiet and loud.
- Decat and Pops & Bangs. Catalytic converter removed, and crackle on throttle lift-off added to the map.
- Custom dyno tuning. The map was written for this car and these parts, not an off-the-shelf file. Every change was checked on the dyno.
Why a custom map
- An off-the-shelf file doesn't know which parts you have. A custom map is made for your car.
- On the dyno you see the whole power and torque curve, not just the peak number.
- If something isn't right, you see it on the dyno, not on the road.
- You get before and after measurements, so you know exactly what you got.
